It's also the wrong signal in this industry. Anyone who manages a commercial property has been burned by an unvetted contractor at some point. A testimonial page full of generic five-star blurbs doesn't build trust with those people — it erodes it.
So we handle it the way commercial work actually gets sold: directly. Ask us for references and we'll connect you with facilities we've worked on that resemble yours — a restaurant if you run a restaurant, a multi-tenant building if that's what you manage.
